Camera Microphone and Storage access

We require camera access to scan and capture the required KYC documents thereby allowing us to auto-fill relevant fields.

We require microphone permissions to enable a two-way communication with you for the purpose of performing and completing your KYC. Your audio shall be recorded for regulatory purpose.

We require storage permission so that your KYC and other relevant documents can be securely downloaded and saved on your phone. You can then easily upload the correct KYC related documents for faster loan application details filling and disbursal process

Disclosure

We will not voluntarily disclose your personal information to any third party but in exceptional circumstances, we may do so if we are required by a court order, by Government Authorities, by law enforcement authorities or by other legal processes or where it becomes necessary to do so to protect the rights or property of NazoCash and/or Biu Capital, etc. We may also disclose your information to a third party as part of a merger or transfer or any restructuring.

They are fraudulently offering online loans on social media platforms such as Facebook. They are soliciting them for loans using NAZOCASH FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED’s products NazoCash by asking for deposits of specific amounts via Mobile money other means of money transfer. These people are also authorizedly using the NazoCash name, trademark, and logos belonging to NAZOCASH FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED to tarnish the image and reputation of NAZOCASH FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED.

We wish to caution the general public that KINGSWAY FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED have not appointed nor authorized any person to give out online loans via social media or any other website other than presented below or to use the name, trademark and logos of our company and products except through the NazoCash.com, a product of NAZOCASH FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED.
The public, in general, is also advised not to fall prey to such fraudulent activities. NazoCash does not ask, solicit and accept any monies in any form from the general public that are applying or wish to apply for a loan with us, whether online or otherwise, as a registration requirement. NazoCash/KINGSWAY FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED bears no responsibility for deposits/withdrawn from there in response to such offers.
